FAQ

Q. Can I purchase a paid plan now?

No. The current program is an invite-only no-payment pilot; automatic billing and paid subscriptions are not accepted.

Q. What CAD can be reviewed?

The current self-service boundary is supported bounded single-part Mechanical V1. Assemblies, arbitrary freeform, and advanced analysis may remain Preview/HOLD.

Q. Does a generated result mean manufacturing approval?

No. Generation, geometry verification, DFM review, and manufacturing approval are separate states. Approval requires a separate human-authority record bound to the exact revision and conditions.

Q. How is pilot access determined?

Access is reviewed per account, project, and input after contact. Confirm enabled capabilities and export authority from the account UI and current evidence state.

Need a team evaluation or a separate contract?

SSO (SAML/OIDC) is not currently available. It is planned only under a separate Enterprise contract after security validation.
